Position Summary Responsible for performing general cleaning and upkeep of assigned area with specific building. Specific task are not guaranteed, therefore, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as outlined below: Job Requirements · Provide cleaning, disinfecting and maintenance of a commercial office building · Complete daily tasks per schedule · Clean, disinfect and stock restrooms · Clean, disinfect common area hallways, lobbies, break room · Remove trash from exterior of building and on property · Follow all safety rules · Responsible for equipment maintenance · Complete special projects as determined by Operations Manager or Direct Supervisor · English speaking preferred but not required · Confident, assertive, flexible, team oriented and professional. · Customer oriented and committed to 100% customer satisfaction. · Fill out daily reports · Ability to lift 40 pounds · Be able to spend long hours on your feet · Ability to climb stairs · Ability to climb and work off ladder · Have reliable transportation · Have working smart phone · Be willing to use Tamcare’s time tracking system on your phone Work schedule TamCare Service is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
