Press release from the City of Sioux Falls: October 21, 2021 Beginning at 4 a.m. on Friday, October 22, 2021, East 23rd Street will be closed for approximately 100 feet to the west of Cliff Avenue. Northwest Corp will be replacing the pumps in the Avera pond. This work is anticipated to be complete by 7:30 a.m. on Friday, October 22, 2021.
