At Rent Ready, business is growing. We are looking to add experienced painters to our team of subcontractors. As a subcontractor, you would be responsible for repainting vacant units before the next tenant moves in. What You'll be Doing: • Repainting vacant apartments • Standard Services + addon's What You'll Get Paid: • Production Based – the more units you complete, the more money you can make! • A paycheck EVERY Friday! When You'll Work: • Monday-Friday - you let us know when you can work - the more you're consistently available, the more jobs you'll get! • No nights or weekends! What You Need to Work with Rent Ready: • Apartment painting experience (>1 yr.) • Your own tools (example: sprayers preferred!) --Rent Ready will supply the paint and disposables. • Transportation that gets you there on time with your equipment.
