Cleaning tech floater $17-$19 DOE WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING -Provide cleaning support in various facilities -Work in a team of two -Responsible for managing time effectively -Company vehicle provided and paid travel to various facilities as needed -Repetitive motion, pulling, pushing, lifting, reaching, climbing -Recognize, report and correct safety concerns Cleaning to include: -Scrubbing, dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning of restrooms and trash removal -Detail cleaning as necessary -Prepare chemicals for work application REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION -Must be Flexible: Evenings Mon-Fri -Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques -Willingness to learn if little experience -Must be able to push, pull and lift 12lbs or more on a daily basis -Must have valid Colorado drivers license, pass Background Check, e-verify, Drug Test and have a clean MVR -Good communication skills -Bilingual a plus, not required -Reliable -Follow safety policies -Must be able to work in a fast paced environment COMPANY BENEFITS -PTO -Bonuses -401K Retirement Plan -Company Vehicle -Training provided Full-Time Position Compensation: $17 D.O.E Colorado Commercial Services is a family-owned commercial cleaning company based in Denver, CO.
