BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA – The Bristol Township Police Department handled a number of complaints and made one arrest over the past week. Criminal charges do not equate to a guilty finding and suspects are innocent until proven guilty. ARRESTS Daniel Heckman, 42, Bristol, was arrested at 12:09 a.m. on New Falls Road in Levittown. Police said Heckman was arrested on a bench warrant out of Bucks County and was released to the sheriff's department.INCIDENTS Theft Officers were called to Roundwood Lane in Levittown at 9:01 a.m. on Oct. 19 when the complainant said that sometime in the overnight hours, an unknown person or persons stole tools valued at $520 from a vacant home.Officers were called to Plumbridge Drive in Levittown at 7:14 a.m. on Oct. 20 when the complainant said someone stole loose change from a 2019 Dodge.Officers responded to Green Lane in Levittown at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 20 when the complainant told police that sometime over the weekend, an unknown person had removed a golf cart valued at $6,000 from their property.Officers responded to Peony Road in Levittown at 9:51 a.m. Oct. 20 when the complainant said that sometime during the overnight hours, an unknown person stole loose change and six or seven CDs from a 2018 Hyundai. Officers responded to Peony Lane in Levittown at 12:02 p.m. on Oct. 20 after the complainant said that an unknown person stole the key fob from an unlocked vehicle.Officers responded to Garden Lane in Levittown at 2:26 p.m. on Oct. 20 when the complainant said that an unknown subject removed a pair of sneakers from a package that was delivered on that Saturday. The estimated value is $260.00.Officers responded to Peony Road in Levittown at 2:08 p.m. Oct. 20 when the complainant said that sometime during the overnight hours an unknown subject stole an electric knife sharpener valued at $150 from a 2005 Chevrolet Express. Vandalism Officers arrived at Steele Avenue in Bristol at 9:55 a.m. on Oct. 20 when the complainant said that sometime during the overnight hours, an unknown person or persons broke a mailbox. The replacement value is between $50.00 and $150.00, police said.
