WEST SAINT PAUL, MN — West Saint Paul will soon get an Erbert & Gerbert's, according to a report by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. The sandwich chain is planning a Midwest expansion, opening five stores in 2022 and up to 10 in 2023-2024 in the Twin Cities, the report said. At least three Twin Cities locations are expected to open in the next year, the publication reported. It is unclear when West Saint Paul's location will open.
