Atlas 46, the leader in design and innovative work gear and apparel, is seeking a PM shift Supervisor to oversee evening operations of our sew floor and other open departments (cutting, quality, etc) in our Fenton, MO - Hillsboro, IL - Vandalia, IL locations. PM Shift Supervisor JOB DESCRIPTION: *Analyze work flow and determine best course of action *Review timeliness of production levels *Track and manage materials and prepare them for each line *Constantly work to improve processes *Make suggestions for productivity improvements *Optimize employee workflow *Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained and working *Communicate and collaborate with other team members *Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data *Critically think and utilize problem-solving skills *Be a team player *Have excellent time-management skills Hours are worked Monday through Friday and PM shift is from 3:00pm to 11:30pm.
