Space for drums/tracking

Hello everyone. Multi instrumentalist here looking for an affordable (ha) solution to doing some basic drum rehearsing/tracking. I have all the basic gear to cover recording, I just need a space with relatively flexible hours. I am of course keeping an open mind to fully equipped studios but since it's my music, I really want to sit with it and make sure everything is right instead of constantly sweating working against the clock. If the arrangement turns out to be good, I'd be interested in something long term eventually. I'm not super picky, subletting a current rehearsal spot or something really basic and small is fine. If you're considering sharing some gear like drums or amps, I'm open to that, depending on the arrangement. Thanks for reading, happy hunting everyone
