Rehoming hamster/supplies

I believe he is a Syrian or golden? Hamster. He was loose in our new house when we bought it and we caught him our first night. He is very sweet. When you pick him up he rolls on his back and wants you to rub his belly.. not your average hamster lol he has 3 cages that connect with tubes and a ball wheel that attaches to the top or can be removed to play in. (He tends to make his bed in the ball lol) he has a bag of food and a huge bag of bedding that's 3/4 full. 2 houses,2 bowls,a water bottle and a little fold up fabric and mesh pen thing for him to run in. Reason we are rehoming him is my young children either want nothing to do with him for weeks or they won't leave him alone and open his cage without my knowledge and he gets out again lol I want him to go to a good home so I feel a 40$ rehoming fee is fair to ensure his safety.
