Seeking sound engineer/monitor tech

e are a metalcore band in need of a new sound engineer/monitor tech. We run a 16 channel splitter with two outputs for each input. One going to the x32 and the other is direct line out for FOH. We are in need of someone who has some experience with live sound engineering who will get to know our equipment and be able to troubleshoot issues quickly. Whoever fits this position will not be paid hourly per session but is expected to be a member of the while obtain 20% of the profit from venues.
