Job description Dick Huvaere's Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is adding to the team! We are hiring an experienced Collision Estimator to appraise vehicle damage to determine the cost of repairs for insurance claim settlements. Collision Estimator Job Description: Writing estimates on vehicles in Mitchell Connect or CCC One. Examine customer damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, electrical, or interior damage Continuous updating of progress with outstanding communication to the customer Monitor Repair Orders with technicians and parts department to ensure vehicle repairs are on schedule Submit and monitors appraisals of vehicle damage to DRP, non-DROP insurance companies, and customers for approvals Verify that appraisals are written in compliance with dealership and DRP guidelines Collision Estimator Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of collision estimating experience CCC One and/or Mitchell Connect experience Outstanding customer service skills Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday
