I'm a 54yr old metalhead needing a 24hr lockout room/if you have a room and looking to share it then I can assure you I'm responsible, honest and a long term tenant. I Can only afford up to $300 (maybe $350) my share and very flexible with hours and days. I don't smoke anything and have stable income. Yes, I have a lot of gear. It's IMPOSSIBLE to focus musically anymore in my apartment so If you can help that would be fantastic! I'm a multi instrumentalist with an electronic drum set, one 16space rack mount, few guitars, small bass/keyboard subwoofer amp, a 4x12 cab, a 5ft long desk (I use many plug ins, edit logic and Kontac), a few Midi Keyboards. Yes, I play all these And I write and play all tracks myself. I live in Normal Heights, in my apartment. My focus is in Doom n Gloom Christian Metal. My name is Mario.
