On October 19 (Tuesday) I was away from my North County stomping grounds and grabbed a late lunch at Smokey and the Brisket in La Mesa. You were finishing up lunch (with a tradesman friend). The both of you were relaxed and enjoying your camaraderie.
Medium or tall height, dark hair with a light beard/mustache combo, Loden green button-down shirt. You had broad shoulders that looked like they could be both strong and protective. You seemed warm-hearted and comfortable in your own skin.
I only saw you briefly because I was overwhelmed by you. Wish I had been brave enough to catch a few more glances. I was sitting alone flipping through an instruction manual (in the area to buy a vintage machine; I sew) - dark blonde hair, grey/blue eyes hidden by reddish-black sunglasses, thin black sweater and grey cargo pants.
I'm not active on social media and you will not see this, but something had to be said, somewhere. It's not often in life that we are struck by something memorable.
