Unload small moving truck

I need help unloading a small moving truck for 1 hour on Wednesday, October 27. All the furniture will be broken down, so the only heavy item is a queen mattress. Everything else is smaller and easier, but I still need help to unload safely. I will be coming to South Lake Tahoe from San Francisco around 2 or 3pm on the 27th.
