Need Fence Built Around Apartment Complex

We are looking for a licensed contractor to build a fence around a property we have in Beaverton. We have a design in place which calls for fencing around the perimeter and creating private backyards for most of the units, as well as a garbage enclosure. (please see attatched photos).
