Landscaping Needed in Seattle

I’m looking for landscaping on a side yard for a rental property in Seattle. The yard will need some of the current dirt/mulch removed and leveled and then 12x12 pavers (or more affordable option you can recommend), sod, and gravel installed. I’ve included pictures of the yard and of the ideal layout with estimated dimensions for reference.
