HallKeen Management has an opening for a part-time Cleaner position to assist in maintenance duties at HK Danville House in Danville, Virginia. Duties include, but not limited to, daily cleaning and vacuuming of lobbies and front entrances, routine periodic cleaning of hallways, stairwells, elevators and common areas in accordance with the cleaning schedule. Clean vacant apartments in preparation for occupancy. Assist in trash removal and pickup of exterior common areas and grounds. Perform special, periodic cleaning projects as assigned by the Maintenance Director. Participate in site Safety Meetings. Use safety equipment and wear safety clothing as directed by the Maintenance Director. Perform all other functions as requested by the Maintenance Director. The Cleaner must have a good work ethic, be a self starter and be able to do the job to completion with little supervision. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
