Experienced songwriter/guitarist looking to form indie rock band

I'm a 29 year old songwriter. Originally from the UK, moved to the US fairly recently. I'm looking to re-establish a band, formed of creative, passionate, competent players; I want to make off-kilter, highly melodic, slightly noisy, slightly jazzy indie rock with weird song structures. My immediate preference is to find a drummer, a bassist and a lead guitarist, but I'm open to other instruments. I'm currently based out of Quincy, ideally looking for musicians in and around Boston who are willing and able to commit to practicing at least every 1-2 weeks, performing gigs locally and eventually writing and recording an album. I have 15 years of experience fronting bands, writing original music and performing. This includes releasing music through indie labels, touring, and working with a bunch of really cool, talented people.
