180+ Mobilehome community located in Grass Valley is in search of a maintenance professional to work 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday except summer hours 7:00am to 3:30pm
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: landscaping experience, janitorial work, light construction duties, able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to pay attention to detail and follow direction from supervisors.
Must have a clean appearance and a positive attitude.
Must complete all tasks in a timely manner and stay focused.
Must be reliable and on time and take pride in work.
Must keep accurate records of jobs performed.
Must be honest and have good work ethics, be mature and take responsibility.
