We got the rain but we didn't get the truth

... regarding water. At least 95% of the water is just under the surface of the Earth! But we are misled by politics and politicians. Instead of drilling procedures to satisfy the needs of the public we are terrified from seeing the reservoir and Lake with photos from above rather than underwater photos where the water is predominant. More important is the fact that the Army Corps of Engineers is allowed to drain no less than 200,000 gallons of our drinking water without permission! They may have done this several times causing the rapid diminishment of the water level as photographed from above. Several months ago we had plenty of water that one expert said could last us at least five years if we had no rain at all during those five years and we were respectful of the water. Suddenly the channel has switched from abundance to scarcity of the most abundant element on and within the Earth. The politicians have not lifted a finger to call up the Army Corps of Engineers and quiz them regarding what they have stolen from us in the middle of the night without complaint from those who swore an oath to Faithfully represent us. When we contacted the politicians we were told they could not respond they were too busy taking a hot bath! Even the atmosphere has abundant moisture.
