A professional property management company seeks to hire a maintenance technician. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a mobile phone, experience with power tools. Emphasis on plumbing & electrical, with some knowledge of finishing & framing. You must also own your own hand tools, and have solid communication skills. Preference will be given to those who can use computers &/ or tablets. -Must be able to lift and hold 50 lbs. over your head. -Must be able to use your phone to clock in and out and log hours per work order. -Must also be available on call evenings and/or weekends.
