Water Restoration / Mold Remediation Opening - FULL TIME+OT SERVPRO of Canoga Park and Calabasas is currently looking for a Water / Fire / Mold Remediation Technician. We are a nationally known and independently owned, 24 hr emergency services company specializing in fire and smoke damage, water damage mitigation and mold remediation. Along with the following minimum qualifications, we are looking for a strong, hard working and career minded individual with a positive attitude and wants to be a part of a great team. *Crew Chief/Tech Requirements: Primary Role: Respond to service calls as needed. Perform services as assigned, following SERVPRO® production guidelines. Communicate with crew chief to make sure all customer needs are met. Support crew chief and other production personnel, as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed. Results Expected: Production processes are performed according to guidelines and work orders. Communications to crew chief and customers are timely. Jobs are completed at or beyond customer expectations. Minimum 1 year experience in water / fire damage restoration or construction work Over-time is a must and regularly be on call 24/7 Valid Driver license: No DUI or recent moving violations Customer Service Oriented Basic iPad skills.
