Bass/Drums Looking for rehearsal space

We are a bass player and drummer in our early 50’s looking for a rehearsal space in the peninsula or SF. We had a spot for years in SF that we lost during covid and have been having a hard time trying to find a new place. We have other projects separately, but enjoy getting together once a week and writing and recording our own material, occasionally bringing in some guitar friends to help us complete recordings. Our music is influenced by many things, but is akin to the Foos, QOTSA, Jack White, etc. If you are a guitar player looking to join a project or people to share the rent, we’d be interested. We have played in this area for well over 30 years and have been to nearly every rehearsal studio around. As we are both older now and live in the peninsula, we have no interest in returning to the tenderloin or downtown SF, but would consider places such as Secret Studios or Lightrail. We are both very mellow with full-time jobs and just need a corner of a room for one weekday night and the occasional weekend afternoon. Please help us before we go nuts from not playing…
