If you lost a blue bank style bag near Hwy 116 at Graton road we saw a woman in a smallish silver, SUV slam on her brakes in front of us, jump out and pick it up. She made eye contact with us. Hopefully she does the right thing and try to return it to you. She took off so fast into Graton that all I could see of her license plate was 7 and a 0.Good luck, I would have gotten it back to you.
