Description
Third time's the charm, and this time we did it ourselves, and it worked. It was surreal. We now have an all new parts fully operation water well, 300 feet deep, and 3x 2500 gallon tanks. No more hauling water from town. Now to install the 32 solar panels piled up in back to run it all with as negative a carbon foot print as possible. It is very difficult to have a productive Art Colony without water. So now the Hip Campers can have longer showers, and wash their stuff. The hot tubs brought back into operation. Maybe a pool by the volleyball nets. Our mural art is off the shelf, as in sold out. So much work, so little time. As much as we like doing our art, to be truthful, we enjoy repairing and building up this Art Colony even more. Art heals people, and lord knows there is going to be a need for places for people to go to and get grounded again. So the studio expansions and equipping them are a priority. We would like to thank all those patrons who buy our art. We hope to be able to produce many more pieces. Ron has several of the 60" x 18" steel framed Panoramic ready for finishing. Mountains and desert scenes, as well as some beaches. Everything we produce is done entirely in house. The Frames can be made any size. There is a 14 foot x 5 foot beach mural that finally got started on yesterday. So we were curious if there would be any interest for art classes to learn what we do here? Ron was thinking like a Hip Camp/Art Camp crossover venture where we provide studio spaces and we and other artists can also give classes. Let us know what you think? He also wants to build a studio to teach how to make media productions such as videos for You Tube. Of course we will need more help as we expand from here. Expenses are low here, and the pay is what we make of it. The weather is perfect here in Wonder Valley California. Most of all its peaceful and quiet. We will post images later. We can always send you images if you like. Have a great day Ron & Pepper Tile Art and Design
