Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Basic services such as oil changes, fluid changes and inspection of generator.
- Maintains a working knowledge on a diverse number of generators to enhance and improve that
knowledge with a generator and new industry standards, practices and technologies.
- Provide clear and legible record of service completed for both customer and company.
- Communicates with parts department about parts ordered, parts required and timeliness of order competition.
- Advise on other issues generators display.
Qualifications:
- Must have basic mechanical skills. Additional training is available.
- Must have excellent verbal and written and communication skills.
- Must possess a strong service mentality.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Physical Requirements:
- Using hand and/or power tools and equipment consistent with industry standards.
- Using computer to look up information.
- Standing for 6 to 8 hours in a shift.
- Bending, stretching, lifting, reaching and climbing.
- Utilizing physical and manual dexterity.
- Lifting.
