Bend Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning is a well-established, local and family-owned carpet and air duct cleaning company that is looking for air duct and carpet cleaning laborers. No experience necessary! We will provide paid training to the right candidate. Our ideal candidate is a dedicated team player who can serve our clients well, deliver exceptional customer service, is willing and eager to learn new skills, outgoing, hardworking, approachable, and able to lift 50+ lbs. Job Duties and Requirements: - Commercial and residential cleaning of carpets, air ducts, tile and grout, and dryer vents - Must be personable and trustworthy - Have excellent communication skills - Speak with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner - Be dependable and on time - Give attention to detail and have strong follow-through - Enjoys being a team player - Builds rapport easily to cultivate a connection with the clients - Drive a company vehicle to and from jobs throughout Central Oregon - Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures - Maintain a clean and professional appearance and demonstrate professional conduct - Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure - Have the ability to work without normal supervision - Be able to work long days when needed and some weekends are required - Some out-of-town travel may be required Qualifications: - Must have reliable transportation (required) - Must be ok with heights and crawl spaces (required) - Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) - Must be able to pass a background check (required) - 1+ years skilled labor experience (preferred) - 1+ years skilled trade experience (preferred) - Experience with carpet and air duct cleaning equipment (preferred) After 90 days this position qualifies to go to commission, which usually leads to increased pay.
