Looking for Car ASAP

I am looking for a cheap car and praying someone would be willing to do a payment plan or work something out with me. I am a college student not making a lot of money and currently do not have a car. I've been struggling maintaining work as my ride situation can be very inconsistent. To have my own car, I would be able to work more and be less stressed about finding a ride every day. Not having my own car just leaves many set backs and I would be better off having transportation. Unfortunately I do not have $6000 to put down on a car right now. I am hoping to find a cheap car that runs well that I can possibly start by putting down at least $1000 and pay it off monthly or however... I would go to a dealership as well but I do not have good credit built yet. Doing something payment plan wise would help me a lot but I understand it is a weird request. Keeping my fingers crossed!
