Building maintenance engineer (Sahara / 215) compensation: $17.00-$19.00 an hour Building Maintenance engineer needed Great position for experienced Apartment maintenance tech to expand knowledge with commercial equipment. Candidates will be required to have the following skills: • Basic understanding of electricity Ability to troubleshoot low / high voltage lighting and equipment • Basic plumbing Ability to run drain equip, repair and replace fixtures; faucets, valves • Basic Air conditioning and refrigeration Troubleshooting equipment, charging and recovery practices • Basic Pool operations Ability to change pumps, seals and re-pipe valves, gauges • Basic computer skills Ability to operate windows and populate excel spreadsheets Ability to rekey Schlage mortise locks and to cut keys Maintenance engineers will be clean cut, neat appearance and own their own hand tools. EPA Certification required for position is universal; R22, R404, R134a Pool maintenance tech with CPO Certification REQUIRED for pool equipment Must have driver’s License and dependable transportation position(s) part time /Full time please submit resume for consideration
