Hello I am Ruby the owner of R&J Quality Painting. I am currently looking for a crew who can remodel homes. I want to create a relationship with subcontractors that I can call my team. You get paid on a per job bases, and you get paid the day I get paid from the customer so you don’t have to wait weeks to see the money you earned from your hard work. I need people who have reliable transportation, all the tools needed, and a strong work ethic. I won’t be watching over your shoulder 24/7 so you have to be able to work on your own and be responsible!
