Beautiful new property in Denver seeks Light Duty Maintenance Tech. This is a public facing position and must be able to communicate in English and have a clean and tidy appearance. Light Duty Maintenance and other tasks as directed by client. May include the following: · Change ballasts · Empty trash · Replace filters. · Remove/replace ceiling tiles that are damaged · Perform pressure washing · Light plumbing · Perform grounds maintenance as needed · Painting · Other light duty maintenance tasks. · Detail snow removal with shovel after subcontractor has removed snow, as needed High school diploma or equivalent Must have reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check Vacation, holidays and sick days paid
