The sectional is for free it comes with all of the cushions it's a very large family sectional you have to pick up and haul yourself. No help provided. So you have to come ready to move from the home (1st level) and thru door, and haul. It has damage along the trim but is the most comfortable couch we ever owned. Damage is from my toddler and moving. Very functional. Great for a basement and lots of people can sit at once. Smoke free and pet free home
