Duties: In this position you will be responsible for light property maintenance and repairs, to include cleaning units, picking up trash, throwing out debris, sweeping hallways and grounds, painting, mowing using a ride-on mower and light snow clearance, minor repairs, touch up painting, and other miscellaneous tasks.
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule up to 24 hours per week.
What we require from you:
· Valid state issued driver license
· Reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to conduct physical work both outdoor and indoor
· General repair maintenance
· Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
Desired Requirements:
· Property maintenance experience
· Time management skills
