Description
We are looking to hire several candidates for our commercial electrical division. The company offers a retirement plan, access to life insurance, paid personal time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid travel (outside of our service area), and competitive hourly wages. We are looking for candidates that have at least 5 years of experience.
Candidate is required to have a drivers license, reliable transportation, smart phone, work boots, and hand tools. There will be a 90 day review of the all who are hired and a monetary bonus given for those who have excelled at their duties, not missed any work, and shows up timely every day.
Candidates should be able to:
Understand and apply blueprints and technical diagrams
Inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers
Use testing devices to identify and report electrical problems
Use hand and power tools
Adhere to state and local building regulations
Complete work orders on time
Create records of materials used
Set up and test computer systems by running cables and connecting computer jacks and plugs
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Ability to identify wires accurately
Ability to perform electrical tests, read results and diagnose and repair electrical problems
Problem-solving
Critical thinking
Circuit knowledge
Time management
Strong work ethic
