Need a Handyman for the Day to Stage an Apartment

PLEASE READ ALL! Looking for a skilled handyman for a full days work (possibly today but probably tomorrow) to stage an apartment. This apartment will need the following: A picture montage- over 20 pictures put up. Mounting a small TV. Mounting a 49” TV. Painting 2 Accent walls with Chalkboard paint. Hanging a 5ft mirror. ———————————- These posts usually get around 20 legit replies in a day. I cannot call everyone. Please reply in email with information requested for best chance of getting the job. MUSTS: Be normal. Reply with Photo ID for safety purposes. The apartment also has cameras. Have transportation. Have some kind of experience. Include your experience in reply. Own tools (screwdrivers, drill, hammer, small ladder or step stool, etc.). Fast worker but has patience. Strong and Smart. Neat and clean work (the paint here is cheap and damages easily). PLUS: Significant experience with this kind of thing. Able to hide chord of hanging TV. Picture of any kind of similar work you've done. I think I have all the things I need here on my part but if not, may need to go to home depot 3 minutes away. It’s quite a bit of work. I expect it to take about 6 hours at $35/hr.
