MJP Management, LLC is seeking a landscaper for our Portland metro area properties, a range of single family homes and multifamily complexes. Landscaping experience preferred but not required. JOB DUTIES: Complete mowing, trimming, weeding and other tasks neatly and efficiently Establish routine monthly landscaping route Complete one-time landscaping projects as needed Report to and meet with Maintenance Director and Property Manager as required Complete basic exterior maintenance/cleanup as needed REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent Must own operable and reliable vehicle, preferably a pickup truck Valid driver's license with proof of auto insurance Ability to effectively work with a team Demonstrate customer service skills Ability to multi-task Maintain a professional appearance at all times Uphold high level of ethical behavior and integrity at all times Ability to take initiative to anticipate problems MORE INFO: Compensation is $14-$18/hr, depending on experience This is a full-time position with full benefits, including retirement, health, vacation and sick Please reply to this ad with your resume and cover letter attached.
