We are looking for a reliable Handyman to undertake upkeep and repair tasks on the interior or exterior of multiple types of properties for our customers. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail are valued greatly in this job. Responsibilities Be responsible for individually making repairs to residential houses Greeting homeowner or tenant at time of repair Taking pictures of work before and after completed Troubleshoot and diagnose needed repair Go to nearest Hardware store and purchase materials needed Cleaning up all trash at jobsite Identify and report the need for more extensive repairs Skills Experience with all types of construction and maintenance tools Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems Basic math skills Good communication ability Well-organized and apt in problem-solving Attention to detail Experience preferred but not necessary in Drywall, Painting, Carpentry, Electric, Plumbing, Concrete, Brick/block, Roofing, Siding
