Property Preservation Vendor looking for a sub-contractor to complete work on properties going through the foreclosure process. Looking for coverage between around the Keokuk, IA and Hamilton, IL area. Work includes grass cuts, winterizations, securing, debris removal and general handy man work. Must have a smart phone to take photos through an app which will be submitted to our client. Previous experience is a plus but not required. Current contractors include landscaping, junk hauling, handymen and construction companies looking to expand operations and generate additional revenue streams.
