Need skilled handyman for several jobs at one location

I need several small jobs done that would be best suited for a carpenter/handyman. These are all in my 1910 house. Install one new 8-foot segment of a good neighbor fence. 6 feet high, two posts and the 1 x 6s. Open, level yard, easy job. Install 3/4 weather seal on three bedroom ground-level windows. Easy job. Just need to fill the gaps. Paint two 12 inch wide exterior fascia boards. You will need an 18 or 20 foot ladder. Easy job once you are there. Just need one coat of paint. Install interior trim on the back door. I have the wood. Just cut it and install it. Nail and caulk. Connect my new dishwasher to the p trap sink drain and plug it in. Prep the walls in a very small bathroom and paint it out. Also need to install the porcelain sink in the wall and connect the p trap and hot and cold water lines. Should be 8 to 10 hours with one Home Depot run.
