We are a high volume quick lube and automotive repair facility actively seeking a knowledgeable technician to join our team. Multiple position openings. The ideal person for our company has knowledge of how and why to perform preventative maintenance on vehicles. Someone who can communicate effectively with crew and customers to improve customer service and relations by identifying and recommending services to ensure proper vehicle maintenance. Positions Available: Hood Tech Able to perform basic oil change and maintenance checklist procedures. Able to identify, sale, and perform preventative maintenance item Able to recognize and pass off basic mechanical issues to be repaired. Able to identify and recommend services based on manufacturer specifications Communicating effectively with the crew Talk to customers about their vehicle needs State Inspector Valid Driver’s License Licensed through state (we will pay for the class) Inspect vehicles per DPS regulations. Able to identify, sale, and perform preventative maintenance item Able to recognize and pass off basic mechanical issues to be repaired. Able to identify and recommend services based on manufacturer specifications Communicating effectively with the crew Talk to customers about their vehicle needs Wage based on: Hourly wage: This goes up if you are knowledgeable about automotive maintenance and identifying automotive repair needs. Educating our customers on their vehicles needs is our goal. Customer Service is our priority!! Lube: Every vehicle has maintenance requirements, it's up to you to recommend and educate the customer.
