Hiring Automotive Paint Prepper! 16 - 23/hr DOE (Fort Worth, TX 76106) Regency RV is hiring for a Automotive Paint Prepper! Automotive Paint Prepper - Skilled Trade Responsibilities/Tasks: • Perform a variety of activities including preparation of surfaces and mixing paint. Paint, small parts, and various surfaces according to required specifications. • Perform layout and masking as necessary • Mixing paint, primers, ect. According to specifications. • Paint major assemblies (including metal, fiberglass and composite material), detail parts, and apparatus, as needed. • Perform miscellaneous paint operations • Maintain a neat and orderly work area, supports the company initiatives and complies with safety regulations. • Demonstrate paint and paint preparation competencies needed to successfully complete finishing operations. Position Requirements, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Paint preparation experience is desired • Requires knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in painting and methods of mixing paint colors. • The ability to understand and follow instructions and ability to concentrate is required.
