I still miss you even though you’re secretly scandalous. I Wish we could crack some jokes and share a laugh instead of me being the butt of jokes made by your friends. I liked you better one on one. It’s crowded when everyone else is involved. They made it dirty and tainted. They took something innocent and then perverted the things that made me smile, things that made you smile. I miss when I was just excited to do nice things for you because I liked being around you. My only motive was to get you to smile. If only y’all had seen that. If only you would have gotten to know me well enough to know that I’m not whoever you created in your head. Since I never heard from you, I’ll assume that whoever you thought I was, it wasn’t good people. That was the impression I was given. I miss being around people that I enjoy being around.
