Triplett Contracting LLC provides renovation/remodeling construction services for residential, commercial, industrial, and government clients nationwide. We are actively seeking Residential Construction Workers for a wide variety of project types within Philadelphia, PA. Our ideal Residential Construction Workers have at least two-years of experience and are well-rounded in various aspects of the construction field. Additionally, they must be solid communicators, self-motivated, reliable, and meticulous in their craft. To be eligible for consideration to join Triplett Contracting as an Residential Construction Worker, you must have at least two years of experience in two or more of the following categories: • Carpentry • Electric • Flooring • General Handyperson • HVAC • Installation • Lawncare/Landscaping • Masonry • Maintenance/Repair • Painting (Interior & Exterior) • Plumbing • Roofing • Siding • Tiling • Tree Cutting/Removal • Windows/Doors Our Ideal Residential Construction Workers: • Are meticulous about creating the highest quality in their work • Have exceptional communication skills • Have demonstrated top ability to work directly with Project Managers/Coordinators • Demonstrate the ability to consistently complete their projects on time or early • Are familiar with construction software such as Builder Trend • Have a positive “can-do” attitude • Can cover up to at least a 100-mile radius, ideally up to 150 Benefits of joining Triplett Contracting as an Residential Construction Worker • Flexible scheduling • Great supplemental income Additionally: • Hourly completed projects are paid on the 1st & 15th of the month via Direct Deposit Requirements to join Triplett Contracting as an Independent Contract Construction Worker: • For insurability purposes, our Independent Contractors must be at least 18 years of age • Must have a valid Driver’s License • Must own or have access to a reliable and insured vehicle to get to the various job sites • Must have their own tools to complete a wide variety of projects • Must have a smartphone for uploading images for walkthroughs and completed projects • Must be able to work independently AND in a team environment Additional Eligibility Requirements and Expectations for Team Leader/Foreman: • Must be able to ensure regular check-ins, take photos, and met all timelines to project completion • Must provide daily updates including detailed End of Day (EOD) Reports • Must be experienced in submitting for change orders as needed • Must review the scope of work with the Project Manager to determine the most cost-effective action plan for project completion To learn more about Triplett Contracting and decide if we are the right company for you: • Visit our Triplett Contracting website • Like and follow Triplett Contracting on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram Triplett Contracting LLC is a service-disabled veteran-owned business and the leading SDVOSB for banks and commercial clients.
