I am local Painting and Carpentry Company in the process of expanding my Sub-Contractor base, with licensed and insured painters and carpenters. All of the jobs are already booked and ready to go, just need a crew out there to complete the work. I'll have some jobs in the area but can sell plenty more and am looking to build a partnership with contractors in the area for years to come. I can help fill gaps in your schedules or provide you with enough work for yourself for the entire year. You will need four basic things to come on board and they are as follows; 1. Workers Comp (If you have employees) 2. General Liability Insurance 3. A COI listing me as additionally insured 4. Signed subcontractor agreement and W9 Please contact Chris at 636-248-0081 or reply to this email if you meet the requirements. -If you can PAINT and/or do CARPENTRY, I'd like to talk to you about subcontracting! -I currently work with sub-contractors and have for years, but have been OUT-SELLING my capacity. -This is not a lead generation service - I am an ACTUAL painting company with fully booked jobs. -There are no fees to work with me - you can view and accept which jobs you like. If you don’t think you can make money on a job, don’t take it! The jobs will not come fast - we will need to build a relationship on a project here and there but once we are up and running its pretty consistent. Here is my process: •I email a PDF with the scope of work, pictures, what we ARE doing, NOT doing, colors, coats, sheen, etc. It also has WHAT I PAY YOU for your labor and materials. •You decide if you want to do it •You schedule the client(Flexibility to work it in your gaps) and produce it •I collect for you •I pay you by direct deposit once the client confirms they are happy!! Intangibles Desired: •Good communication with clients - do what you say, show when you say •Adhere to the prep standards on our work order (Power wash, scrape, sand, prime) •Care about your work!
