The MAU team at Kimberly-Clark will provide paid training. What We Offer: -Starting pay of $15.50 an hour -Pay increase after training is completed -Day Shift: $16.50 per hour -Night Shift: $17.00 per hour -Paid weekly -Paid vacation -Paid training -Health benefits -401k -Smoke-free work environment -Three paid 30-minute breaks per 12-hour shift -Safety Programs – up to $200 a month -Annual associate recognition dinners -Career path progression: Forklift Operator – Shipping Coordinator – Crew Leader What We Are Looking For: -No High School Diploma required -Willing to be trained on a forklift -Must be able to work 7 PM - 7 AM or 7AM - 7 PM on a 2-2-3 schedule -Ability to standing, lifting, twisting and bending -Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. -Availability to work overtime if needed What You’ll Do As A Forklift Operator Trainee: -Identify and improve upon opportunities to increase the efficiencies and productivity of operations -Actively participate in correct and complete tie out communications with incoming shift change -Responsible for material movement from assets to the Finished Goods Warehouse -Ensure all rolls are stretch wrapped properly and bay located to the proper area of the warehouse -Require 100% scanning accuracy and compliance for movement of the material in order to maintain proper tracking of inventory -Require valid forklift license and an impeccable safety record -Validation of proper placement and securement of header and footer on each roll -Timely put away of material, should always remain current with Production -Perform other duties as assigned
