Job Description: Waiters needed for four days starting on October 28th, going through October 31st. These shifts will be between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, paying $14.00/hr. We are seeking caterers with prior experience in food service to assist in all four days of the event. Responsibilities: • Greet visitors and assist them with finding sitting spots as they arrive at the facility. • Inform guests of available welcome drinks and take their orders. Ensure that water and napkins are readily available to guests. • Arrange tablecloths, flatware, dishware, and glassware appropriately on tables. • Assemble buffet tables according to specific instructions, restocking dishes as needed. • Serve both beverages and food items to guests at their tables and inquire into their requirements for additional food items. • Perform food preparation activities to assist kitchen staff in expediting dishes for serving purposes. • Ensure that condiments are available at designated stations, and replenish stock as and when required. • Break down buffet tables and collect all dishes and flatware. • Perform cleaning tasks at the end of each catering event, ensuring that everything is properly maintained hygienically. • Oversee and manage the inventory of supplies such as condiments, napkins and dishware, and flatware.
