Young man started a new trucking company. Looking for dependable OTR CDL with confidence, some experience, clean record, and good self management. You'll drive a reefer trailer. Must be good with E-Logs. I've got a dispatching service on standby, some loads I will dispatch for you. Upon driver commitment, you'll start immediately. Based near Detroit. About me: I have no intentions of running a driver hard unless they want the miles. From most drivers I speak to, greed from the owner ruins relationships. I will pay what is promised and I will support you as an owner should. In return, my main desire aside from the actual driving is to be respectful and professional. On board process: -Insurance Check -FMCSA Clearinghouse check -Drug Test -Training period for 2 weeks with my owner operator during which you'll be paid $500 a week while your earnings will be placed into an Escrow -Week 3 you'll be paid 25-35% of load subject to insurance cost. Youth will not be held against you.
