Groundskeeper/ Handyman/ Ranch Hand Full time position Monday thru Friday Starting at $17.00 per hour Full benefits (health, vision, dental, 401k, PTO, Paid holidays) Duties include but not limited to: Mowing/ edging/ feeding lawns Weed eating Trimming shrubs/ pruning trees Pest control Pressure washing Sprinkler system maintence Field irrigation Feeding/ dealing with cows Fence work (building/ repair) Tractor work Brush clearing Chainsaw work Cutting/ splitting/ stacking firewood Shop cleanup General all around maintence of homes, offices, shops, and farms Farm and lawn equipment maintence Must have: Oregon driver’s license with good driving record Experience with all duties listed Physically able to perform duties listed Good work history and great attitude Ability to work alone unsupervised, must be self-motivated, self-starter, and a problem solver Will require a pre-employment drug test/ physical/ and background check Subject to random drug testing
