Looking for a property manager who is looking for a Saturday Gig. I am a private property owner who wants to catch up on some deferred maintenance and wants to gradually improve my property. Person will complete various tasks. This week I need someone to lay down drainage pipes in the back of the house to ensure drainage of all the rain we’ll be having. Other weekly projects include painting a metal gate, replacing and painting a part of a wooden porch, cleaning up weeds, helping sort out junk for the dump, setting up a pad to put a trailer on and anything else you notice that needs to be done or whatever projects arise. I prefer someone with verifiable references.You will be an independent contractor and will be paid weekly.
