Description

Maintain all common areas of one commercial building ensuring that the building is kept in a clean and orderly manner at all times including bathrooms and trash removal. Basic repairs and maintenance. Schedule repairs with tenants and always update property manager on status of scheduled repairs. Deal with tenants in a professional manner at all times. Full time day shift position, but requires after hours availability as needed.
